ABOUT THE CEO
Ashley R. Wood, PMP, MSOL
A proud native of Stone Mountain, GA, Ashley is a transformational leader, survivor, and evolving woman actively pursuing life’s best! Since childhood, she has thrived in organization and administration with her mother instilling the importance of order and excellence.
Ashley particularly has a passion for providing support to church leadership and operations. She has experienced and seen the ins and outs of ministry and knows how serving and leading others can be overwhelming. She has over a decade of HR corporate experience in facilitation and instructional design, process management, change management & communications, and project management.
Ashley obtained a B.A. in Political Science from Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, AL, and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) from Mercer University in Atlanta, GA. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has a certification from the McKinsey & Company Management Accelerator Program in Business Strategy and Problem Solving.
She is also the co-author of This Life is Ghetto: a Candid Conversation Between a Father and Adult Daughter Navigating Rejection, Divorce and Daddy Issues.
