We use OpusVO to set up virtual offices on behalf of our clients. A virtual business address or office space gives businesses the amenities and perks of a physical office while significantly cutting the costs required to operate a physical office. This service also includes creating free local business listings (Bing, Yahoo, Yellow Pages, and Google), on your behalf, to increase your customer traffic and business presence online.

We use sites like Wix, Squarespace, and ZenBusiness to build a standard, one to two-page website for your business. This includes your logo, a header and footer (hours of operation, address & phone number, social media channels), business images, mission and vision, services and offerings, and a contact form.

gather requirements

Once you place your order, you'll be directed to schedule a follow-up call. We'll ask questions to understand your requirements, target audience, business goals, and other pertinent details to build an awesome product.

website development

After the consultation, we begin building or redesigning the site. Branding and layouts are based on your products or services, goals, core values, industry, competitors, and target audience.

performance checks

After the website development step, we run several site performance checks for speed, responses to end-user interactions, user experience from various device options, and we check all internal and external links.

client check-in

Leading up to the agreed-upon deadline, you'll schedule a client check-in to review and demo the final draft. We'll answer questions and complete any final edits as requested.

publish / go live

After comprehensive testing and client reviews, we launch the website. After the website is live, we will monitor it for a few days. We also offer maintenance support upon request.
